Job Description

Job Title: Office AdministratorJob Type: Permanent, Full TimeLocation: BromsgroveSalary: £20-25,000Job Description for Office Administrator:We have the exciting opportunity to join an established organization in the Bromsgrove area. The role of the office administrator will play a key part in supporting the projects team within the engineering sector. You must be a confident individual with anexcellent attention to detail as the role will involve speaking to clients and checking and processing vital information for purchases and various checks required. At least 12 months administration experience is required for this position.Duties and Responsibilities for Office Administrator:

  • Answering incoming calls and directing accordingly
  • General admin duties
  • Oversee diary organisation & annual leave, reviewing office cover
  • Creating purchase orders, checking details carefully
  • Supporting project managers with organisational and administrative tasks
  • Producing O & M manuals
  • Arranging training
Skills and Experience required for Office Administrator:
  • At least 12 months administration experience
  • Experience within a similar industry is beneficial but not essential. This includes engineering, projects, manufacturing
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • IT literate
  • Confident, able to give excellent customer service
