Job Description

Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well establish, dynamic organisation based in Bromsgrove. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving fast paced environment as an Investment Reporting Administrator on a permanent basis Summary To prepare reports ensuring all processes and procedures are followed as well as supporting with low risk queries.Duties & Responsibilities

  • Completing all tasks delegated to them by the Investment Support Supervisor and the Investment Support Senior Administrator to meet SLAs
  • Collating and recording of current client data relating to investment holdings
  • Delivering accurate reports efficiently
  • Providing support for the other services where required
  • Responding to telephone and low risk inbox queries, escalating where necessary
  • Maintaining agreed diary management and record keeping processes relating to ensure appropriate audit trails are kept in line with the Firms compliance standards
  • Maintaining a clear understanding of the concept of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and GDPR
  • Consistently complying with FCA requirements
  • Abide by procedures and standards in relation to anti money laundering, data security and confidentiality and to complete training and assessment as required
Skills and experience
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of Pershings Nexus, XPlan software and Nexus Complete Software Systems is desirable
  • Knowledge of TCF Principles and how they apply to the individual role
  • Accuracy and high attention to detail
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Personal planning, organisation and time management
  • Communication skill both written and verbal

  • Monday - Friday 35 hours, 8.00am - 4.00pm/9.00am - 5.00pm
