Job Description

NJR are working in partnership with one of the UKs leading national firms of independent financial advisers who is now seeking an ambitious Investment Programme Analyst to join their dynamic and ever-growing business.Supporting the Investment Programme Manager in the varied work that is undertaken in the role including but not exclusively:

  • Project Support from an Investment perspective
  • Investment Management System support
  • Ad-hoc investment projects e.g. small acquisitions
  • Data Analysis
  • Process Improvement
  • Compliance Support
  • Issue investigation
  • Primarily this role will be helping to create and develop efficiencies across the business using all tools at your disposal, including Adviser Office, XPLAN, Nexus, NEON and other systems. You will be expected to manage your own workload under the priority guidance of the Investment Programme Manager and will communicate to various parties across the Group, at all levels.Requirements:
  • Must possess excellent numerical and literacy skills and have a high level of attention to detail
  • Must have Stockbroking experience or a working experience of the financial industry
  • Experience of working with Adviser Office, XPLAN and Nexus would be a clear benefit
  • Must be willing and able to work in a project team, and liaise with stakeholders across the business
  • Must be able to think critically (out of the box) and possess excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proactive nature, self-motivated with the ability to use own initiative
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage the execution of them in a high-pressure environment
  • Ideally the candidate will already have reached CISI Level 3.
