Job Description

Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established, dynamic organisation based in Bromsgrove. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving fast-paced environment as an IFA Support Supervisor. This role offers hybrid working. Summary You will oversee and line manage a team of IFA Administrators to ensure timely, efficient and accurate administrative support to the IFAsDuties and Responsibilities

  • Line management of all members of the team
  • Point of contact for clients, life offices and members of the business
  • Dealing with any staffing or workflow issues/requirements within the team
  • Identifying training needs for all team members
  • Identifying any process issues/improvements and escalating for investigation by the Operations department
  • Ensuring that all workflow within the team is dealt with in accordance with the compliance departments guidelines
  • Ensure that the team adheres to all SLAs in relation to the support of their advisers, assisting with daily workflow wherever necessary
  • Provide training, coaching and support to other team members
  • Interviewing potential candidates as part of the recruitment process
Skills and experience
  • Previous experience of supervising within a similar role coupled with Financial Services knowledge and understanding
  • Previous experience in training, coaching and supporting team members
  • Effective organisational and planning skills
  • Able to work to deadlines
  • Able to forge and develop relationships
  • Experienced using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
