Job Description

£49,000 with £4,200 car allowanceNonStops client, located in the West Midlands, is searching for a new Team Manager to lead a small group of Social Workers.This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable IFA that allows for a mostly home based role. Responsibilities:
  • Support and manage a small group of Social Workers in the West Midlands
  • Provide support, supervision, training, and advice when needed
  • Hold a small caseload of foster carers
Requirements:
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • A driver
  • Experience as a Senior Practitioner or higher
  • Up to date with current safeguarding legislation
