We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our successful team at Juniper Systems as we continue our growth across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India. Along with an OTE of double your salary, you can also expect to receive a laptop, mobile phone, travel expenses, 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (rising to 25) and a pension scheme.As a leading manufacturer of ultra-rugged handheld computers, data collectors, smartphones and precision GNSS solutions, partners and end users have come to rely upon Juniper solutions to perform their tasks day in/day out.As Business Development Manager at Juniper Systems, your responsibilities will include:- Taking responsibility for sales of rugged handheld computers (Tablet PC’s, Data Collectors), Smart Phones and GNSS solutions.- To open, develop, manage and expand sales through new Channel Partners across the UK & Ireland.- Taking ownership of and exceeding agreed sales revenue targets for the UK&I territory.- Identifying, developing, and communicating a clear and concise Channel Partner Strategy (targeting Software Houses, Systems Integrators, Resellers, Consultants), across a selection of existing and new vertical markets including Industrial, Utilities, Geomatics, Natural Resources and Public Services.- Generating leads by cold calling and other prospecting techniques.- Effectively responding to leads provided.- Developing individual partner business plans, which outline KPIs, goals and activities to drive growth and success.- Collaborating with partners to identify and understand new opportunities, awareness, increase pipelines and close opportunities.- Taking responsibility for driving revenues with partners.- Proactively engaging with and acting as the focal point between the company and partners.- Preparing and leading strategic partner quarterly business reviews.- Representing the company at partner sales events and exhibitions.- Providing accurate monthly & quarterly sales forecast and other reports to senior management.- Correct usage of CRM system.- International travel as and when required.At Juniper Systems, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who has the following skills and experiences:- Extensive professional sales experience.- A successful track record of selling rugged mobile computers and auto ID solutions.- Proven track record of onboarding and selling £1.5m+ through channel partners at C-suite level.- Possess significant contacts within the UK&I channel/partner community.- Proven ability to recognise, analyse, and act on go to market approaches, joint value propositions, and business cases around strategic partnerships.- Cross-functional influence, strong relationship building, and account management skills toward a broad constituency ranging from end customers, channel partners, sales, marketing, technical and senior management.- Strong business acumen and negotiation abilities.- An accomplished presenter of sales and technical material to both small and large groups.- Commutable to our EMEA HQ, in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.To apply for this role as UK Business Development Manager at Juniper Systems, please click apply online and upload an updated copy of your CV.
