Job Description

Business Development Manager - Planned Maintenance (Housing)Worcestershire/Warwickshire/East and West Midlands£Negotiable DOE plus excellent package - Full Time but would also consider part timeA well-established, privately owned housing developer, builder and land packahe business based in Worcestershire, specialising in new build and planned maintenace.Day to Day duties of the Business Development Manager

  • Working alongside the MD to continue to develop new and existing business.
  • Be responsible for developing the planned maintenance division
  • Working with clients within the housing sector
  • Ongoing account management of clients
  • Building long term relationships
  • Attending meetings and site visits
    • The Successful Business Development Manager must have the following skills/experience
  • Experienced Business Development Manager
  • You must have experience in planned maintenance ideally housing
  • Industry knowledge
  • Demonstrable track record in business development
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Team player

  • Base salary negotiable dependant on experience
