Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Admin SupportJob Type: Permanent, Full time or Part timeSalary: Up to £12 per hourLocation: Bromsgrove (must drive due to location)Job DescriptionWe have an excellent opportunity to recruit for a full or part time individual to join a growing family company in the Bromsgrove area. You will be supporting the director with accounts and general administrative duties. PA experience would be beneficial forthis position but not essential. You will be producing reports from Xerox so excellent excel skills are essential for this position as well as experience within accounts. There is the opportunity for flexible working hours, this is an office-based role.Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cost Analysist
  • P&L Reporting
  • Sales invoices
  • Credit control
  • General admin duties, i.e. uploading receipts, uploading costs to client portals, operational assistance, producing payment certificates.
Skills and Attributes required:
  • Accounts knowledge
  • Strong excel
  • PA experience desired but not essential
  • Knowledge of Xerox systems for accounting but not essential
