Job Description

Our client based in East Kent are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team with immediate effect. This role will be busy, no call will be the same and they require someone who has exceptional Customer service skills, a client focused individual who can think on their feet and be an excellent communicator.You will have previous experience within a Customer Service role, adept at taking high numbers of calls concerning queries, complaints or technical matters relating to their products. Ideally you will come from a similar environment such as a call centre and you will be able to maintain a high level of professionalismAbout the role:

  • Provide support and guidance to customers via telephone
  • Engage excellent problem solving techniques to ensure the customer is satisfied
  • Listen, identify and understands the customers needs whilst maintain a professional manner and give accurate and concise information.
  • Skills:
  • Previous experience within a busy customer focused role
  • IT proficient must be able to use Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams (Exchequer or D365 is desirable not essential)
  • Confident communicator with a polite and friendly telephone manner
  • Exceptional Organisational skills
  • In return you will be offered a competitive salary, this role is office based however due to COVID you will be expected to work from home for the foreseeable future returning to the office when restrictions are eased. Hours of work are Monday -Friday 08.30-17.00, free onsite parking and a real opportunity to work for a company that recognise and reward their talented staff.
