Role overview:Working with aftermarket sales and service across all lines of business: Wheel blast / Air blast / Abrasive Media / Striko Spares & Consumables Liaise with the team as to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.Process quotations and customer orders quickly and accurately using the companys agreed procedures.Proactively promote and sell other products to customers during sales calls and to take part in specific telephone sales campaigns as required.The role of Apprentice Technical Sales Engineer:
  • Research and retrieve technical information and drawings required to support the creation of customer quotations for relevant spare parts and EMP project requirements, including the procurement of costs when required.
  • Pick up telephone calls, from the overflow system, process orders, and take customer instructions from all areas
  • Always promote the entire range of the Wheelabrator Groups products and services.
  • Ensure that customer notes and reports are entered onto the Companys contact management system (Merlin)
  • Liaise with Logistics regarding delivery dates and product availability.
  • Assist with Service Department related matters as and when required.
