Senior Site Manager - EWI and Decent Home Projects - Excellent Permanent opportunityOur client, a national construction contractor, are currently looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their planned maintenance division.Job ProfileYou will be responsible for overseeing a planned maintenance project in South West London. Works that are being delivered include EWI (External Wall Insulation) and M&E works internally. These works will in be carried out to high rise tower blocks which are currently occupied.You will be responsible for the project planning and programming of the works (when necessary), health and safety on site, client liaison, ensuring KPIs and deadlines are met by your team and the overall delivery of the programme. You will be a direct line manager to 2 site managers and rlos and report into a Contract Manager.Experience needed for this role includes -
