Part Time Office Assistant Location: ClaphamSalary: £18,400Duration: Permanent Part Time 25 hours per weekHours: 7:00am to 12.00pm Monday - FridayKey Responsibilities of Greet all visitors professionally and determine the nature of their visit Issue visitor passes and car park permits, maintain visitor entry/exit logs Alert appropriate party of visitor arrival or direct visitors to appropriate office,department or employee. Co-ordinate couriers & other deliveries Manage and co-ordinate all deliveries and couriers from 7am - 12:00pm Maintain an accurate record of courier deliveries. Waste (environment) Ensure the area is kept clean and tidy and all waste is disposed of in the correct bins Arrange for bins to be emptied by our supplier when full Manage the print and post area Ensure the print and post areas are kept tidy and presentable Stock photocopying areas with paper Stock post area with envelopes Stationery, canteen and office supplies Unpack stationery orders and keep the stationery cupboards tidy Take stock of the cleaning supplies in cleaning cupboard, notify the executive Assistant if stock requires replacing Cleaning the coffee machine daily and replenishing stock Maintain ppe stock, notify the executive assistant if stock requires replacing Support the Executive Assistant as and when needed and get involved in ad hoc projects. Assists in general office tasksYou will need...
