Job Description

Join a leading property consultancy in Brixton, SW London who are revolutionising vacant space management.Our client, a dynamic and innovative company, is seeking a to play a key role in their mission to transform buildings into vibrant spaces that support communities and foster innovation.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute the 2024 marketing strategy.
Lead strategic campaign planning and create quarterly content plans.
Manage the marketing budget for optimal resource allocation.
Coordinate with the Services Team and Content Creator for consistent property launches.
Oversee the company brand to promote values professionally.
Direct website updates and review company brochures regularly.
Manage external SEO/PPC agency and execute PR strategies.
Organise client-facing events to promote property with purpose.
Design and implement the Social Impact strategy.
Create original content supporting the brand identity.

ROLE PROFILE:

Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Software: InDesign, LightRoom, Photoshop & Illustrator.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, positive, and driven with a passion for social impact.
Ability to work professionally under pressure and manage workload efficiently.
