Due to internal promotion our Lichfield based client are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join them on a Temporary to Permanent basis.Key Responsibilities will includeWorking as part of a small teamTaking and processing orders over the telephone and e mailEnsuring orders are complete before despatchCalculating carriage chargesPrinting off orders and invoicesRaising back ordersSpeaking to customers and providing a high level of customer serviceGeneral administrationUpdating internal systemsHours of work:Monday - Thursday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm with a 1.00 pm finish on a FridayRate of pay £9.25 PER HOUR "Hollyfield Personnel do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
