Job Description

CAREER DEVELOPMENT PATH: Being a expert or management REPORTING TO: Workplace Operations Team ManagerHere at Hargreaves Lansdown (HL) an opportunity is now open for you to join our Workplace Solutions Operations Team as Operations Support.A large part of your role will be to assist the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) team to verify Hargreaves Lansdowns clients in line with the UK and EU regulations.What youll be doingAs Operations Support, you will be the main point of contact for the Workplace pension, investment and flexible benefit schemes HL provides to employers. You will be working alongside other teams within Workplace to help set up new schemes and look afterthe day-to-day activities of existing work. To give you an idea, you will be responsible for the Anti-Money Laundering verification and reverification, as well as:

  • Maintaining schemes and members records on HLs systems and ensuring our records are up to date
  • Investigating and resolving basic employer and member queries
  • Ensuring Group SIPP contributions are applied to accounts
Full training will be provided for this role.About youWere ideally looking for someone who is familiar with Hargreaves Lansdowns products and services, and experienced in dealing with clients. Were also looking for someone who can demonstrate the following skills:
  • Administration skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft packages, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. You will be using excel on a day-to-day basis
  • Organised and flexible with a can-do attitude. Youll be comfortable making decisions to prioritise your workload and take responsibility for your own tasks
  • Working with a team and building relationships. You will be collaborating with colleagues such as Scheme Managers and Client Relationship Managers. Youll be a team player who can support your colleagues proactively
Working ScheduleWe have returned to the office, however for this role we offer a hybrid flexible working pattern to enable you the option of working from home and coming into the office once- twice a week. Our working hours are Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
