A key part of our service is the setting up and maintenance of global staff benefits schemes. With the support of a team of senior HR professionals you will play a pivotal rolein maintaining policy records, actioning staff changes and coordinating the input from our global brokers. We are a quickly growing department and therefore the role holder will also have the opportunity to positively develop our processes and systems.Who we require:Previous experience in an insurance or HR compensation /benefits role whilst desirable is not essential - ultimately, we are looking for a candidate who has good organisational and customer service skills, with strong attention to detail.The role is part of a new team which we anticipate will expand rapidly to meet client demand.
