The Workplace Experience team focuses on providing an enriching and inclusive experience across all spaces and ensure we run our space in a way that maximises everyonesexperiences. Our goal is to create workspaces that people love!As a Workplace Analyst, youll ensure our offices and branches are compliant as well as actively looking for ways to enhance the overall vibe and experience. Engaging with a range of collaborators and listening intently to colleagues, youll ensure that everyoneunderstands our plans, implementing these as appropriate, and that our workplace operates fully inclusively.Day to day, you’ll be:

  • Working collaboratively with members of the Workplace Experience team and internal Places Data team, use outputs to provide recommendations for workplace service improvements.
  • Providing workplace insights and reports to aid operational service delivery, compliance to help shape future innovation and decision making.
  • Managing information and reporting across the workplace portfolio to support proactive decision making.
  • Articulating outputs from the various data systems to ensure the wider team understand the impacts of service delivery performance, risks and opportunities.
  • Assisting the workplace team and programme management team in working collaboratively with our suppliers and contractors to ensure the provision of service and workplace experience is delivered in line with expectation and meets and exceeds our internalcustomers’ expectations.
  • Administration and maintain outputs from internal and external data teams.
What you’ll need to succeed:
  • Ability to demonstrable experience in similar role.
  • Strong and demonstrable communication skills.
  • Experience in managing workplace CAFM systems.
  • Proven track record in creation and delivery of reporting.
  • Demonstrable ability to analyse data outputs and information to inform decisions and proficient in reporting.
