Working Foreman / Woman£17.50 per hour depending on experienceBath / BristolPermanent, Full TimeOur client is looking for a working Foreman / Woman to work in the Bristol and Bath area, paying from £17.50 per hour.THE ROLEThe Working Foreman will have a “trades” background / experience and manage the direct trades, labourers and sub-contractors on site as required – working hands on’ at times in order to meet project deadlines. You will ensure the day to day running of projectsand the site team - and be happy working on the tools when needed.THE COMPANYA longstanding privately owned Bristol based building company providing architects, surveyors and developers with a high quality, reliable and efficient building services. They are members of the FMB and cover a wide range and variety of building projectswithin the Bristol and Bath area.THE PERSONThe ideal Working Foreman will have a “trades” background and some experience in a similar role with a previous general builder / contractor. You will also have an understanding of current UK regulations around residential buildings / extensions.
