  • Your role will encompass a wide range of exciting responsibilities, including:
  • Managing and leading a team of Quantity Surveyors.
  • Preparing accurate cost estimates and budgets.
  • Monitoring project costs and financial performance.
  • Identifying cost-saving opportunities and risk management.
  • Collaborating closely with project managers and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring adherence to company and industry standards.
ProfileTo excel in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in housing regeneration.
  • A deep understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • A results-oriented approach and the ability to work under pressure.
