Job Description

We believe our people are the best in the business, they are friendly, expert and professional.Salary: £26,200 - £30,200 per annumLocation: Avonmouth, BristolWorking Hours: MondayFriday (40 hours)Main purpose of the job:This role involves the direct supervision of the Wheels & Tyres team. Monitor the daily tasks assigned to team members, reviewing completed jobs to make sure they fall in line with recognised industry methods and standards.Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all documentation is accurately completed and that all Company procedures are followed.
  • Complete all tasks up to the Company standard ready for final quality control, up to and including stripping/refitting, panel repair, masking, priming, painting and oven rectification.
  • Notify line-manager of any reasons why tasks cannot be completed in a timely and accurate manor.
  • Lead, motivate and coach the team to achieve personal and team targets whilst delivering excellent customer service. Hold regular 1-2-1s and meetings with the team and create individual development plans for each team member.
Skills and experience required:
  • A proven knowledge and practical experience, together with knowledge of legal requirements is essential in this area.
  • The ability to follow work instructions and complete the repair method to the required standard with a view of achieving daily production targets.
