Job Description

Web Developer | Tech Stack: PHP, WordPress, Laravel | Salary: Up to £42,000 - Hybrid (3 days in the office) | Location: BristolYolk Recruitment is excited to be supporting a dynamic web development team in their search for a talented Web Developer. Join an established company at the forefront of technology, delivering projects across multiple sectors.About This RoleAre you an experienced Web Developer proficient in HTML/CSS with confidence in WordPress and Laravel If so, this role is tailored for you. Dive into projects ranging from brochure websites to bespoke web apps, using PHP, WordPress, and Laravel development.Join a close-knit team that values creativity and innovation in web design.Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with in-house design and marketing teams to bring designs to life.
  • Implement bespoke functionality, integrations to third-party CRMs, and PHP-based web apps (Laravel).
  • Utilize Advanced Custom Fields for CMS experience and various JS libraries.
  • Work on live and staging environments within AWS, deploying sites via CI/CD pipelines.
  • Craft custom WordPress themes, plugins, and templates.
Skills
  • Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS (Sass), and JavaScript.
  • Experience in WordPress development, including custom-built themes and plugins.
  • Proficiency with Git & other repository tools.
  • Keen eye for good UI/UX design & attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Laravel.
