* Tier 1 clients* £45,000 - £50,000* 9 day fortnightThis is a fantastic opportunity to work with a Google Platinum Partner that is going from strength to strength.They now have offices in Bristol, Swansea, Cardiff, Warwick, Leeds and LA and continue to grow.They are a full service digital agency.They are in the Campaign Top 100 places to work, Drum Digital finalist (Europe), are a Google Premier Platinum Partner and are accredited by Tik Tok.They have a client roster that includes but is not limited to;- NHS- Amazon- Mercedes Benz- EE- HSBC- Deloitte- National TrustThey are continuing to build out their teams in Warwick, Bristol, Swansea and Cardiff (they operate a full hybrid model and you only need to go to office twice per week).They are now looking for a Digital Analytics Manager.Reporting directly to the Technical Director, you will own and manage the analytics & tracking services that my client offer to their client base.You will have a deep understanding of GA4 & UA and enjoy working with clients to develop their analytics properties into informative data sources that ensure they make data led decisions with their Websites and marketing budgets.GA4 proficiency will be key skillset - many of their clients are transitioning away from UA and you will lead this transition for them, along with migrations and audits for potential new clients.Building high quality reports and potentially providing training to both internal staff and clients in both GA4 and Tag Manager will be amongst your responsibilities with a freedom to develop these elements as you wish to provide the agency with a cutting edgeapproach.The role will also involve the development of new products and services for the agency to roll out - you will have the freedom to work with the team to develop these and bring them to market.Required Skills & Experience* 4 years Analytics experience in building properties, Content Groupings, Custom Dimensions, Custom Reports, Event Creation etc* An understanding of attribution modelling* In-depth knowledge and experience of Tag Manager implementation* Google data studio proficiency* Desirable - 2 years Media buying experience across Search & Social or similar within an SEO teamPackage* £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience* 25 days holiday* Flexible working* 9 day fortnight* Excellent career development
