Job Description

Warehouse Administrator Salary: £21,000 - £24,000 depending on experience + bonus and excellent benefitsLocation: Severn Beach, BristolHours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 17:30pmI have a brilliant opportunity for a Warehouse Administrator to work closely with the Warehouse team, for a national family run Logistics Company based near Severn Beach, Bristol. No experience necessary.Day-to-day: If you are looking to start your career within the logistics industry or tired of working in the Warehouse and want to join the office, then look no further. This role offers on the job training with highly experience Logistics professionals to fully supportyou. Working in a small team, your day-to-day duties will include -

  • Coordinate activities throughout the order fulfilment process and ensure orders are despatched in accordance with customer KPIs
  • Work with warehouse team leaders to manage the flow of orders to the pick team
  • Oversee customer inventory to maintain stock integrity at all times
  • Investigate any delivery issues that may arise.
  • Liaise with Clients and transport companies to understand any restrictions that may affect the Clients deliveries
  • Book inbound and outbound deliveries with the relevant sites
  • Support all Supply Chain procedures from Co coordinating deliveries to Managing shipping documentation and Despatch
  • Support our clients with any queries that may arise
  • Work closely with the Contracts Manager and Client to ensure the smooth running of the operation as a Whole
About you:Experience is NOT necessary to apply for this role. As long as you can demonstrate the willingness to learn, fantastic communication skills and great customer service then the rest will follow.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Previous Logistics Office Experience although not essential as full training will be given
  • Excellent communication customer service skills
  • Ambitious and willingness to put own stamp on workload
