Enabling individuals to achieve their goals, which brings a sense of fulfilment, as well as an opportunity to develop your career.As a waking nights support worker youll have a guaranteed number of hours work each week on a rolling rota. Youll work nights/evenings,generally 9.15pm to 7.15am, covering four consecutive nights one week and three consecutive nights the next. Therewill also beoccasional daytime working, for example to attend training courses. We have waking night contracts available in a few locations in Bristol to include Cadbury Heath, Bedminster, Brislington and Longwell Green.If youre new to social care we provide full training, including the nationally recognised Care Certificate as well as training tailored to the needs of the people you support, a thorough induction and plenty of career development opportunities.
