Job Description

A leading Global Bank currently requires a Verint Engineer for an initial 3 to 6 month contract based in London, paying up to £400 per day via PAYE.Experience Required

  • Exceptional Trade floor media recording experience
  • Responsible for delivery and configuration of Dealer board Media recording infrastructure (including turrets and private wire recording) and user migration
  • Must have Verint recorder system experience (to version 15.2)
  • Work closely with vendors, including but not limited to requirements gathering, design, build, testing and go live
  • Migrate existing users to new infrastructure and demise old infra when required
  • Liaise with IT teams (AD, IT security, desktop etc) for implementation
  • Working closely with architects
  • Strong VoIP and network knowledge (LAN/WAN and QoS)
  • Required to work at a regional and global level
  • Define global support process (Level 1 to Level 3) and provide training for downstream data consumers
  • In scope technologies: trader-voice (Verint 15.2; BT Trading; Speaker Bus intercom; Nice NIM4) plus IP telephony; Video and Instant Messaging recording
  • Ideal experience with mobile voice recording delivery
  • Standard Voice: Knowledge and experience with Cisco CUCM and Genesys Contact Centre
  • Ideal knowledge of Zoom audio recording
