UX Designer - Software, Digital, Web, Mobile Apps, Full life cycle,As a UX designer will work autonomously as the sole UX designer within 1 of a number of product team, managing allresearch, UX design and testing activities. Alongside the development team and productmanager, they will also work closely with a visual designer.Our client takes inspiration from Lean UX and are fostering a culture of experimental on where theytake a sense and respond approach, testing their designs and measuring the impact of whatthey release. They have also recently introduced design principles and are starting to build outa design system that will help them create consistent experiences across their products.That is where you come in. We are looking for a thoughtful, empathic and experienced UXdesigner to help them to carry on this work.Key Responsibilies· Conduct research to inform design decisions. Planning and executing researchprojects, drawing on research from various areas of the business: analytics, customerinsight, help-desk interviews, and competitor analysis.· Leading collaborative design workshops.· Mapping customer and user journeys and developing personas.· Sketching, concept creating and wireframing.· Creating clickable prototypes.· Running usability testing sessions.· Assist in the creation of user stories to feed into a SCRUM based agile developmentteam.Were looking for people who:· Passion for designing quality products with a great user experience.· Awareness of key psychological principles that inform good design· Good working knowledge of digital accessibility· Experience of conducting research.· Previous knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools (Axure, OmniGraffle etc).· Experience of usability testing.· You will need to work with visual designers, developers, product owners, marketing,and content managers to define product experience and champion the user.· Excellent communication skills: you will need to be able to explain, present andcommunicate your ideas clearly to a range of different stakeholders.If youd ike more information about this opportunity, please reach out to me here or on linkedin.ThanksKhalid Required skills
