In the CDAO, were need individuals who have a deep understanding of the financial business, cloud technologyand with a strategic approach to help fulfil our visions and support this journey.Part of the broader CDAO, Unstructured Data Management provide the capabilities for data offices to handle and control their unstructured data in a well-governed and consistent manner. We offer capabilities for identification & classification of data, standardization& governance, data infrastructure, data analysis, data governance and data management, and control frameworks and tooling to identify and remediate unstructured data issues.As an Unstructured Data Manager in Data Management, you will set the vision for, and lead a cross functional team to deliver, unstructured data management capabilities for Platforms and Business Unit data offices.In this role youll;

  • Partner with business units, technology, and leadership to implement solutions and deliver product evolution.
  • Define functional and business goals, collaborating with technical and functional product owners to transform into OKRs.
  • Work with divisions to identify problem statements and drive creative and reusable solutions which make valuable contributions and avoid costs both financial and environmental
  • Lead creation of functional design, requirements, and prototypes delivering tangible customer value
  • Partner with technology to transform functional designs into technical designs and execution plans
Were looking for someone with...
  • Experience managing unstructured data management projects
  • A strong, customer-centric vision, who is not afraid to challenge established processes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, who can set the vision, facilitate decision-making and empower individual product owners
  • Experience with rolling out records management capabilities across organisations.
  • An understanding of data architecture and data fabric models
  • Good understanding of agile and scrum frameworks
  • Experience in working with industry-recognised data models (e.g., FSLDM, CDMC etc.)
