We are recruiting a Training and Quality Assurance Manager to joinHealix Health Services. You will be part of our growing Esher and Bristol-based training team. If you require any support in accessing this opportunity, please do get in touch.We are currently embarking on a journey of growth and as part of this, are looking to recruit a Training and Quality Assurance Manager.POSITION OVERVIEWTo support business growth, our training team is expanding. This is a really exciting new opportunity to support the Head of to corroborate the below key activities:KEY ACTIVITES/MAIN DUTIES INCLUDETraining

  • Review of current training procedures and identification of current Skills Gaps and recommend training needs across the business
  • Working with the Head of to develop scalable Training Plans at all levels of the business in conjunction with department Managers
  • Create training material ensuring these are kept up to date on LITMOS
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness and success of training modules
  • Minimising the time taken for new employees to understand and be able to follow company process and standards and be productive in their respective roles
  • Keep up to date on the latest training trends, developments, and best practices
  • Manage employee enrolment for training, schedule training sessions and organising the resources to facilitate training programmes
  • Training facilitation
  • Some travel will be required between Bristol and Esher
Internal Audit
  • Ensure all internal audit results are fed back to Line Managers on a monthly basis
  • Identify training needs of individuals and feedback to Line Managers recommending appropriate courses of action
  • Identify areas of improvement and recommendations to drive change in internal processes and best practice
External Audits
  • To liaise with the Healix Group Governance, Risk and Compliance Officer, plus external auditors, to arrange audit dates, confirm content of the audit and assist in the collation of audit supporting documentation to be provided in advance of or during theaudit.
  • To work with the Healix Group Governance Risk and Compliance Officer, external auditors, Line Managers and Senior Management to remedy any critical points identified in the audit
PERSON SPECIFICATION
  • Work experience as a Training Manager
  • Desired Quality Assurance experience
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detaiL
  • The ability to demonstrate customer-led thinking.
  • Proactive approach to work and analytical problem solving skills.
  • Effective time management to be able to multi-task, prioritise in order complete varying tasks and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
