Job Description

We’re incredibly picky about who we hire into the business and are looking for driven high-performers to continue this expansion.What will you be doing:

  • 360 Recruitment Consultant from our Bristol office
  • Recruiting within Pharmaceutical, Renewables, Food & Beverage, Software Engineering or Data Science in Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland or Belgium.
  • Build strong, long lasting relationships with candidates and clients
  • Create strong personal and company branding
  • Find and match the best candidates to our clients’ needs
  • Developing your own market knowledge to become a sector expert
  • Consult clients on how to streamline processes, increasing their recruitment efficiency.
  • Networking with clients and candidates
