Job Description Our Trainee Recruitment Consultants will join a successful and driven team tasked with discovering the best talent in the market for our clients. Over time youll understand more about the business and progress accordingly to take your career in recruitmentto the next stage.This position would suit a competitive and resilient individual who eager to make a success in the industry by learning from a highly experienced team within a supportive environment.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Interacting with potential job seekers both on the telephone and face-to-face
• Searching through job boards to identify suitable applicants
• Researching companies to select specific individuals for niche requirements
• Using the in-house CRM system to keep track of interview and progress with client requirements
• Finding leads for new business
