Job Description

My client is a dynamic property consultancy who specialise in a range of exciting projects all across the UK. From commercial projects to residential developments, my client is looking for innovative Planner to join their expanding team of highly trainedprofessionals in their Bristol office. My client is a consultancy group who are widely recognised for being best-in-class for their services as they aim to only work with enthusiastic individuals who have high levels of expertise in their particular area.Candidate requirements:

  • Must be RTPI/MRTPI qualified or working towards
  • A degree in a relevant discipline is required for example Geography
  • Must have strong technical knowledge in the field of town planning with regards to recent legislation and planning procedures.
  • Must be able to prioritise and manage own tasks effectively
  • Must be able to be responsible for their own professional development by attending the appropriate training courses
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to be part of a creative and friendly team with a management group who work closely with all members of the team to optimise each individuals personal array of skills. Candidates will be expected to conductplanning activities and assist in assessing projects for risk and practicality which will correspond directly with companywide investment decisions. This exciting job will allow successful candidates the chance to work with a range of different clients andliaise with them directly whilst preparing planning applications and such like.
