Job Description

I have a requirement for a Test Manager who is experienced with supporting large-scale Projects (including initiation, following Test Principles, procurement process, etc).Role Requirements:

  • A proven background with building successful strategy, you will share your specialist technical skills in test practices, test processes, test techniques and/or test tooling (e.g. automation, performance, CI/CD).
  • You will be accountable for the creation of the Test Approach along with promoting modern Agile Testing methods and Ways of Working.
  • You will be responsible for all forms of Testing (Functional, Non-Functional Testing, Quality Engineering) across multiple Delivery Teams within a Project.
    • Skills/Experience required:
  • You will hold ISEB certification or any equivalent within software testing
  • Commercial experience with E2E procurement processes ensuring that any 3rd party package and/or service being assessed is fit for purpose and aligns to the Test Principles
  • Proven knowledge of traditional and modern Agile testing methodologies (V-Model, Agile Testing Quadrant, Total Quality Engineering), and experience with implementing new Agile ways of working (e.g. Continuous Integration, SCRUM, KanBan, Behaviour Driven Development, Test Driven Development, Session Based Testing User Story Mapping, 3 Amigos etc.).
  • Commercial experience with Automation Pyramid, Key Word Driven, Continuous Integration, Cross-Browser, Cross-Platform, Page Object Model.
  • Experienced with using testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, Stormrunner, Blazemeter.
  • A strong knowledge with test management tooling such as Jira, Zephyr, Azure DevOps, MTM
