Job Description

This is a temp to perm Receptionist and Facilities Assistant. This role is working for an outsourced company but onsite with a legal firm and providing reception and facilities co-ordination (more office administration rather than legal administration).We are delighted to be assisting our client with a temporary Receptionist and Facilities Assistant. This is on a temp to perm basis. Based in central Bristol (100% office based)Duties within this role:

  • Meeting, greeting, and interacting with visitors, tenants and contractors
  • Parking management
  • External and internal call and email handling including taking and passing on accurate messages
  • Updating log-books and schedules
  • Processing deliveries
  • Compiling the building newsletter
  • Ordering, organising and assisting with building events
  • Trouble-shooting facility problems
  • Populating data collection workbooks
  • Ensuring that security to the building is maintained in line with guidance and standard operating procedures
  • Monitoring CCTVtraining and licensing will be provided
  • Carrying out the reception training for any cover team members and identifying ongoing training needs for the cover team, liaising with the Team Leader as needed
  • Raising any concerns about process, practice or incidents as appropriate
  • Actioning any reasonable task instructed by your line manager or property manager
The Person:For this role our client is seeking a positive and professional approach, excellent people skills and well presented as this is based in a professional services setting.The Location:100% office based, central Bristol, no car parking.Its working MondayFriday 9am5.30pm 37.5 per week and its paying £19,950 (£10.23 per hour)The offices are based centrally (just off the centre)
