Job Description

Juice Recruitment is excited to be working in partnership with a leading online retail business with the appointment of a Telesales Training Coach. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody looking to develop their career and join the business in a veryexciting period of growth.We are looking for an ambitious individual to support and develop the team. This exciting new vacancy for a Telesales Training Coach will be based within Central Bristol where you will receive ongoing support from the Training Manager to kick start yourcareer.Duties:

  • Create and run individual and team incentive
  • Regularly communicating with the management team
  • Regularly motivate staff
  • Provide training literature and update resources
  • Participating in recruitment and interviews
  • Participating in inductions with new recruits
  • Carrying out regular call quality checks and providing feedback
  • Tracking individual and team progress
Were looking for someone with the ability to develop, advise, and motivate the team through a variety of training techniques. In addition, youll need to:
  • Have a tactful approach to giving feedback
  • Be confident in getting stuck in and learning the ropes
  • Have a strong written and verbal communication
  • Be receptive to feedback in your own development
  • Prioritise and organise workload
  • Enjoy working towards team targets
  • Have excellent rapport building skills
  • Be confident at using computer systems
No experience is necessary, but ideally you will be from a call centre background, and have the desire and drive to take your career to the next level. As the role develops you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and progress withinthe company.Salary: £25k, OTE £35kThis role is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm & once trained you will work 1 in 4 Saturdays.Please get in touch with Kelly at Juice today for immediate consideration.
