Job Description

*** Working from Home Opportunity for Performance Leader ***Our Client is looking for an experienced Team Leader to drive the overall operational performance of their communication centre through disciplined and supportive productivity; and performance management. To motivate and inspire the clients fundraisers to reach the campaign KIPS and Goals.Hours/Pay:

  • 40 hours per week Monday to Saturday and occasional Sundays when needed.
  • Predominantly between the hours of 10.00am and 8pm Monday to Friday with some 7pm finishes and between 9:30am and 6:30pm Saturday.
  • £20488 PA plus monthly bonus (£9.85)
  • Key responsibilities:
  • Have overall responsibility for the day to day management and motivation of a core team of callers and their productivity against campaign targets.
  • Make sure every fundraiser has a clear understanding of their campaign targets for each shift including contacts, conversion, values and wrap times.
  • Report into the Call Centre Manager and Deputy Call Centre Manager throughout the day providing solutions focused strategies to support callers and promote productivity.
  • Conduct one-to-ones with callers under your management to provide a clear understanding of issues around performance.
  • To work closely with the Team Coaches to ensure a fair and supportive performance management system is upheld at all times.
  • Support coaching department with the personal development of the fundraisers.
  • Provide the Operations department with a clear and concise overview of performance across your team each day.
