As part of this we’re growing the team and partner capabilities across the board, following the implementation of Business Centralin 2022, to capitalise on the investment and provide business solutions that deliver value for our landside and shipboard teams, whilst also enhancing our customers’ cruise experience.What you will be doing:The Project Manager will work closely with business stakeholders, managing multiple concurrent projects and initiatives in the Technology space. You will support requirements gathering and design & development phases, including testing, implementation,and any business change requirements.Projects within scope will vary in size and level of involvement – from bespoke development and integration to implementation of a standalone application. You will oversee the process from end to end, including benefits realisation and closure. As ProjectManager, you will define, manage, and deliver against project plans, adhering to the Harding+ project governance structure and working to a gateway approach – also supporting with continuous development of this framework. Throughout the project you will managestakeholder and business engagement, providing project reporting to steering groups and for Technology project governance. In addition, you will be accountable for project finances and costs, holding responsibility for executing it to time, cost, and qualityexpectations.This role is both internal customer facing, with cross-functional interaction from various areas of the business, and externally facing to third party technology providers and our cruise line partners, acting as a pivotal focus point for all parties.About you:

• Previous project management experience, running multiple projects concurrently
• Experience working for a retailer, wholesaler, or similar, with a track record of delivering projects to support key business processes
• Hands-on experience of business change management in a customer-facing commercial organisation (i.e. project planning, business engagement, and rollout)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including project documentation
• Proven ability to accurately plan and deliver project activities, leading execution of the plan, reporting, and tracking through to completion
• Experience of project management framework and governance processes
• Structured planning, organisation, and time management skills
• Strong understanding of project and software development methodologies and lifecycle
• Must have an existing right of eligibility to work in the UK
