Our client is the largest group of its kind in Europe who have grown quickly through friendly acquisition. They are currently in 20 European countries and recently broke into North America to become their Sectors fastest growing business in the World.As part of their Digital Transformation to support growth and to service an expanding internal and external audience, we are building teams for exciting App and Web Product Development.This role is to be the Technical Lead on a greenfield project to roll out Native Apps in each country for their customers. Sweden has been completed and the UK is being worked on now and a bespoke App is required for each country. Each market has differentrequirements covering single sign on, payment method and so on. It is a one stop shop type app enabling customers to book appointments, an ecommerce engine to purchase goods, order prescriptions and so on.The Technical Lead will have experience as a Full Stack Developer or worked on Front and Back-end Development at different times, but also lead small teams of Engineers. Here it will be 4-5 Engineers (Back End and Front End) + QA and work closely with ProductOwners and UX. It will be 70% leadership and 30% hands on, likely to be less hands on as the projects progress and teams become more established.Experience:
