A major Shopify Plus Agency are looking for an experienced Lead Developer to join their team as they move into the next stage of growth.What you’ll be doingOur client is a well-established Shopify Plus eCommerce agency. Since starting, they have gone from strength to strength. These guys are honest, no mess, but incredibly supportive. You’ll be joining them as they are moving into a new stage of growth. With alot of new projects coming in as well as consistent retained clients, you will be able to build, create, and deploy solutions across a variety of different roles. You will be working in a fast-paced environment creating simple, fast, and efficient solutions.As a competitor in the digital space, you’ll be working with the newest tech, be supported to investigate and research for projects, and develop ideas on how to provide innovative solutions. As this is a Lead Position, this will be looking after direct reports, guiding their growth and helping to build them into a fast & efficient team. You will need to be someone who is experienced, knowledgeable, & personable, while at the same time being opento new ideas and expanding your skills on modern practices/languages.You won’t be alone; you’ll be joining a strong existing team of Shopify Developers (both Frontend and Backend) as well as QA’s and Project Managers. You’ll be given regular meetings to discuss your progression, investigate different routes for you career andbe given ownership of, not just your clients, but your own progression also.
