Job Description

Interim Operation Recruitment SolutionsInterim NHS Team Administrator required immediatelyRate: £14.34 via UmbrellaDuration: 3 months +Location: Bristol (Hybrid Remote)Hours: 37.5Reference: 78352Your duties will include:

  • The Provide confidential administrative support to Quality and Safety team
  • Design, develop, monitor and review information storage systems such as paper records, databases and spreadsheets.
  • As required be involved in the range of work streams the team undertake, these include clinical audit, patient safety and experience, incident reporting and risk management.
  • Undertake daily administration duties including confident use of computers, including competent use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database and other software packages as required.
  • Use initiative to prioritise own workload, exercising discretion as to the degree of urgency, importance and confidentiality required. Required to work independently, although some aspects of work is managed.
  • Process invoices and undertake new product requests including coding and online purchasing.
  • Respond to internal and external enquiries, either written, email, face to face or telephone using empathy and judgement.
  • Arrange and manage diaries for and on behalf of designated professionals.
  • Exercise discretion as to the degree of urgency and confidentiality required when acting on behalf of designated professionals.
  • Work with a variety of information management systems, e.g. risk management, learning & development systems.
  • Organise training for self and team as required.
  • Play a key team role in ensuring projects are delivered. When requested take on some work for small projects
