Job Description

My client are a well-established Financial Services firm based in Central Bristol that are looking to recruit a Manager to head up their Investment team.The Role:Due to expansion within the business, an opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager to oversee the Investment Operations team.Responsibilities would include:

  • Day to day management of staff
  • Conducting performance reviews and appraisals
  • Ensuring work is completed in accordance with FCA regulations
  • Assisting with any queries or issues within the team.
The Candidate:The successful candidate will have previous man-management experience within an FCA regulated environment.
