Providing an overwhelming positive ethos ensuring getting to know each and everyemployee as if they were part of the family.About the role - Your role is to ensure the smooth running and delivery of high quality support is met across your Bristol locations. You will manage a team of key workers supporting vulnerable adults who have experienced trauma, have personalitydisorders and require mental health support. Duties include staff recruitment, training and support to ensure the service users needs are met. You will do accommodation checks, investigate complaints, manage performance, over see development of individualsupport plans, develop behavioural support strategies, manage risk, and ensure pathways to independence are achieved.Qualifications and Experience required - You will have a good understanding of this service user type with complex needs and personality disorders. Whilst remaining firm and fair, have an empathy for mental health needs. You will be an experiencedman-manager, able to motivate and support staff.
