I am looking forsomeone with a strong presence in the Nursing & Healthcare sector and a broad network across the local areas. After all, collaboration is king. There are some basics in terms of expectations and activity;- calls to candidates to generate candidate registrations- calls to clients to generate new business and sufficient work for our candidates- visits to client sites, getting to know the people who our people care for- conducting interviews with prospective candidates- creating job adverts to attract candidates- supporting management with recruitment for internal vacancies, the luxury of building your own team- managing performance of team, including delivery of metrics/budget, addressing areas of under performance, but in a way that nurtures development and encourages improvementAs an experienced recruiter, you will know that the more you put in, the more you get out, but here at Hoop we do things differently. We don’t make calls to hit a target, we make calls to generate work for our candidates, because we know that it’s importantfor them.
