Job Description

We care passionately about our nurses and the difference they make to the lives of patients and clients.We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and committed Team Manager to join us. With direct responsibility of our 2 team leaders, you will oversee the day to day management of our Recruitment team consisting of approx.20 people andgrowing. Our recruitment team are a key part of our business, holding responsibility for attracting and onboarding nurses to our organisation so we can meet the demands to supply our healthcare clients across the country.You will be responsible for reporting on performance, aligning to the Recruitment strategy. You will be looking at areas for improvement, suggesting actions to increase applicant volumes in areas of clinical and geographical need.Everyday you will:

  • Manage the team effectively with clear expectations and goals, whilst providing the means and support to achieve this.
  • Monitoring individual and team performance and activity
  • Regular team meetings
  • PDRs and 1:1 coaching with Direct reports
  • Team Development/training oversight/delegation
  • Support and suggest improvements to the recruitment process
  • Reporting - Weekly stats, pipeline, KPIs and other reports required for the wider business
  • Compliance - Ensuring compliance of recruitment checks
  • Keeping your team engaged and motivated to drive success
