Job Description

Team Assistant (Part-time, 3 days per week)Bristol£30-34k pro rataOur client, a successful planning and development business are looking for an enthusiastic Team Assistant to join their Bristol branch.The ideal person will have a can-do attitude, happily communicate with people at all levels and have the ability to take complete ownership of tasks.Providing a competitive benefits package, and profits shares via its bonus schemes, its no surprise that they were voted as one of the Best Places to Work in Property.This is a multi-faceted role comprising various duties, including:

  • PA to the Senior Directors; secretarial tasks, including diary management and high-quality document production/collation, including assistance with the administrative side of planning application submissions, the co-ordination of planning appeal documentationand tender submissions and HR tasks, including inductions and training.
  • Liaising with clients and other offices
  • Contributing to ISO quality control practices/audits
  • There will also be marketing duties where you will work on promoting the company and office, via internal and external events, and prepare marketing collateral and documents..
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their experience with managing a wide range of administrative and secretarial tasks. In addition, you will have strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and multi-task.You will have a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes (mainly Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint) and preferably Adobe. Previous experience of managing marketing and social events, both internally and externally, will be an advantage.Please be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
