Job Description

Talent Acquisition Partner12 Month Fixed Term Contract£33,000 - £38,000 p/rRemote Working - UK WideStarts August or September 2022A job has become available to join a global Financial Services business as a Talent Acquisition Partner, on a fixed term 12 month contract This job is based from home/remote with all equipment provided.Who are they looking forYou will be require the following skills and experience:

  • Experience of managing high-volume operational recruitment campaigns is essential (financial services experience is highly advantageous)
  • Able to demonstrate proven experience in varied sourcing strategies
  • Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of employment markets and sourcing strategies appropriate to the role requirements
  • Expert knowledge of recruitment processes and ATS systems (such as Taleo)
  • Knowledge and experience in a range of assessment tools, including competency matrices, psychometrics, assessment centres, open days and recruitment events
  • An understanding of the importance of an exceptional stakeholder and candidate journey and experience of delivering this
  • Collaborates and communicates well with the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • The ability to influence others, challenge effectively and share information and ideas with others, while continuing to learn from those around you
  • Self-motivated and can use own initiative to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Pays attention to detail, finds root cause and takes a rigorous approach to problem solving.
