Brook Street Social care are looking for Agency Support Workers.We offer temporary contracts with flexible hours and shift patternsThis role- Adults with learning disabilities- Support WorkerHoliday payPension contribution befits (see below)**Please note that we don`t use umbrella companies so your holiday pay will be accrued as you work meaning no hidden fees or having to save money back for holiday/time off! You have a whole year to use it and can use this however and how often you wish**About the role;You will need to be comfortable and experienced with a range of disability, challenging behaviour and ideally a driver to aid in taking the service users out in the community. You will be assisting with fulfilling life skills and house duties and helping them engage within the local community.We have a varied range of services, you may be working alongside or 1;1 with the services permanent staff.You will need to deliver support to several individuals, with the highest standard of care and support, and encouraging independence when applicable. The roles we have are of a varied pattern, with Days/Nights/weekend shifts available.
