Ranging from tea selection boxes to advent calendars, youll play a central role in leading the global supply planning strategy for the category.This exciting new role has been created to ensure that we work to unlock the most efficient production model for the category. Youll work hard to delight our customers by delivering great service levels, and optimise quality, service, cost, stock, and responsiveness.Building strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to drive mutual benefit across the Pukkaware supply chain is essential in this role. Youll proactively work with our Unilever, Operations, Marketing and Sales teams to ensure together we execute the ambitious sales plan, and all supply chain risks are managed. Youll also line manager a talented Supply Chain Analyst, ensuring that as a team you develop a cohesive approach to all stakeholders.About youYoull have substantial experience gained within a planning or production role, with experience in managing end to end supply chain. With proven supply chain knowledge of systems and processes from supplier to consumer, and great commercial acumen, youll also have experience of delivering change agendas.An excellent communicator, youll be able to influence and negotiate persuasively with peers and senior levels internally and externally, and be able to set your own agenda as well as having the ability to get buy in from key stakeholders. Highly numerate and financially astute, youll have an awareness of the commercial drive for performance across the sectors we operate in. Youll also be able to step agilely between regular tasks and project work, working quickly and accurately always with an eye on suggesting improvements to processes and systems.If you are to take the lead on our Pukkaware supply planning strategy youll thrive at pace, be resilient and turn challenge and obstacles into decisive and purposeful action.
