Job Title: Stock ControllerLocation: BristolSalary: c£22,000 per annum plus attractive benefits packagePosition: Full TimeThe Bristol Port Company currently has 100,000 sq m of warehousing at Royal Portbury Dock which is used for handling paper, KLB, newsprint and tissue products arriving both in container and breakbulk form. We have also developed a sophisticated wine rack store of 11,000 sq m which is used as a National Distribution Centre for a major supplier.The Role:We are looking to recruit a Stock Controller to support key business within the Warehouse division.The successful candidate will be required to check stock within the warehouse, accurately recording the amount and condition of goods into the warehouse and in store, including quantifying any remedial work accurately.You will also be required to undertake administration duties and must be IT literate, in particular a good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, as you will be liaising with customers.During quiet periods, you may be required to assist with Warehouse operations, so an ability to drive FLTs, reach trucks or MEWPs will be an advantage.Some flexibility in working hours will be required, which will include occasional overtime and weekends.A full driving licence and your own transport are essential.Benefits:
