Job Description

Join our team as a Stock Condition Surveyor and Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA). - (Training provided)Are you an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor with a keen interest in Energy Performance Ifyourepassionate about ensuring property integrity, energy efficiency, and compliance standards within the housing sector.As a Stock Condition Surveyor and Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA), you will play a pivotal role in conducting internal and external property surveys. This includes stock condition assessments, energy performance evaluations resulting in Energy Performance Certificates(EPCs), and PAS 2035 Retrofit Assessments. Your responsibilities will involve upholding data integrity, supporting asset management strategies, ensuring compliance, and driving energy efficiency improvements.Full training will beprovidedif you donot have DEA or Retrofit qualificationsKey Responsibilities• Undertake comprehensive property surveys encompassing stock conditions and energy assessments.• Produce EPCs and PAS 2035 Retrofit Assessments in compliance with industry standards.•Maintainaccurateand reliable data to support asset management strategies and compliance requirements.•Carry out surveys to includeDecent Homes Standard and Housing Health & Safety Rating Standard assessments• Utilise and manage stock condition databases effectively.This role is being offered on afull time,permanentbasis and will cover theBristol, Gloucestershire, Somerset and Batharea.
