Job Description

Stock Condition SurveyorFull Time, PermanentLocation: Bristol, GloucestershireSalary: £32,654 - £36,283 per annumOur team at Sellick Partnership Limited are actively assisting a large housing association based in Gloucestershire with the recruitment of a Stock Condition Surveyor to join their team on a full time, permanent basisResponsibilities of the Stock Condition Surveyor:

  • Ensure target for stock condition surveyor and energy performance certificates are achieved
  • Provide technical advice and support to stock condition surveyors in identifying HHSRS hazards
  • Undertake comprehensive property surveys encompassing stock conditions and energy assessments
  • Regularly review and update the survey forms for domestic and commercial buildings in line with best practice and changes to relevant standards
  • Maintain accurate and reliable data to support asset management strategies and compliance requirements
  • Carry out surveys to include Decent Homes Standard and Housing Health & Safety Rating Standard assessments
Essential experience of the Stock Condition Surveyor:
  • Knowledge of requirements of decent homes and regulatory standards
  • Knowledge and understanding of legislations relating to energy performance certificates within the social housing sector
  • Previous experience working within social housing (preferred)
